Four-Legged Friends

We know well that pets are part of the family, which is why they are welcome at Palace Hotel San Michele and Hotel Relais dei Normanni!
Below is the pet policy with information and rules to follow to enjoy your stay together.

• In the room (maximum 2);
•   Inside the lobby on a leash or in a carrier (e.g., stroller);
•   In the outdoor pool area from 15/05 to 15/09 (not in the water and on a leash or in a carrier/stroller), using the small reserved and secluded area (limited spots cannot be booked in advance; availability must be checked exclusively on-site);
•   At the beach c/o Villaggio Baia del Monaco, from 06/06 to 05/09 (on a leash or in a carrier/stroller), using the small reserved and secluded area (limited spots cannot be booked in advance; availability must be checked exclusively on-site);
•   In the garden area on a leash or in a carrier/stroller;
•   On the outdoor terraces on a leash or in a carrier/stroller;

• All restaurants and internal common areas excluding the lobby;
• Wellness center;

• The presence of pets must be notified at the time of booking;
• We accept small dogs (maximum 15kg) provided they are leashed or in a carrier (e.g., stroller);
• We accept cats provided they are in a carrier;
• Guide dogs are allowed access to restaurants and no fee will be applied;
• The Guest is responsible for providing all pet equipment including bed/kennel, bowls, blanket, pillow, toys, etc.; conversely, a hygienic mat will be provided daily in the room;
• During room cleaning, the pet must not be in the room; at check-in, a cleaning time will be defined between 09:30 AM and 01:00 PM;
• They cannot be left unattended for long periods;
• We strive to guarantee tranquility for all Guests, so we ask you to ensure that they do not disturb the peace;
• Do not ask for exceptions regarding restricted areas; we try to do our best to make your holiday special, while also allowing other Guests to enjoy their stay without inconvenience and our staff to work in the best possible way;
• It is mandatory for the owner to clean up after their pet;
• The Guest accepts full responsibility within the property and is also liable for any damage suffered by the animal, as well as for damage caused to hotel property, other Guests, and Third Parties;
• At check-in, you will be asked to sign the Pet Regulations;
